Return Forms and Decontamination Procedures

Idaho Technology is aware of the challenges that scientists face in the research lab, and we are here to help. If you are returning a machine or product for replacement, repair or service, download the appropriate forms below and fax or e-mail them to Idaho Technology: fax (801) 588-0507 or it@idahotech.com.

An RMA number must be obtained before returning any equipment
(machines, parts, accessories). If an item is returned to Idaho Technology without an RMA or the required decontamination labels and forms, it will be returned to the original sender.
