Idaho Technology is currently looking for a
Technical Support Specialist

Qualified candidate will provide technical support to Idaho Technology customers. Job involves working directly with customers to investigate and resolve technical problems. Will work with direct sales team and improve the overall product offering and customer experience. Will travel 50% of the time to interface with customers, attend tradeshows and demonstrate our products. Should be comfortable addressing an audience and have strong presentation skills. Must be highly skilled at communication both written and verbal and able to interact with a variety of scientific levels from novice to expert. BA degree in a scientific field is required.

Salary: Based upon experience, negotiable.

Work Hours: Full-Time
